GOING TO THE GYM


Today I am on my way to the gym. Iam dreading going today in particular because I have just gotten my hair done. Someone told me to pin my hair up off of my face since I tend to sweat often and that would help not to mess my hair up. I am still doubtful at this but Iam always willing to try something new. I will send a pic of how I look after the gym. Stay tune and let me know what you'all think.

  1. The key to keeping your relaxed hair maintained is certainly going to be keeping the edges dry from sweat and pin curling it back. When I did have a relaxer I had longer hair, but it did wonders for me. You can wear a sweat band or wrap while you're in the gym. You're not supposed to be there to be cute, anyhow! :-)

  2. Actually I don't have a relaxer in my hair. That is one of my major problems. When I sweat my hair swells. However, by me not having a relaxer my hair can tolerate a little more heat, so I am able to apply a hot iron when necessary without causing to much damege to it. Thanks for the advice I will try it.
