
Hey check this out. I know nowadays a lot of us women have very busy lives but I have found some simple exercises that you can actually do at work, so if you are a busy mom, student, or CEO of a company there are no longer excuses why you can add 30 minutes of exercise to your daily schedule.
What do you mean "us women"?!!! You are right though. We all could use this info. Men and women.
